East Netherlands
In the East Netherlands, the provincial governments of Gelderland and Overijssel are responsible for the RIS3 2021-2027. The competence of the regional authority is to stimulate innovation and internationalisation in the regional economy. The authorities established a cluster organisation Health Valley to strengthen the ecosystem.
Lower Austria
The Office of the Provincial Government of Lower Austria Department of Science and Research is in charge of developing and coordinating the implementation of the region's RTI Strategy. The region is also the owner of 27 clinics and 48 nursing and care centres, organized by the Lower Austrian Health Agency.
